Question 1

Who is the founder of Brickhouse?

Accepted Answer

Brickhouse was founded by Kesha Lien, a brand strategist and designer with over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and design for B2B and B2C service companies. Kesha works directly with every client.

Question 2

Who does Brickhouse work with?

Accepted Answer

Brickhouse primarily works with founder-led teams and independent professionals in B2B and B2C service companies. Same process, scaled accordingly. Our clients are typically navigating growth, transition, or reinvention and are ready to invest in getting their brand and marketing right.

Question 3

Do you have experience in my industry?

Accepted Answer

Brickhouse has worked across a wide range of B2B and B2C service sectors including alternative health, architecture, beauty, construction, consulting, education, entertainment, financial services, insurance, mental health, recreation, retail, sourcing and supply chain, sports, and technology. Our versatility allows us to add value in unexpected ways.

Question 4

What is your ideal client fit?

Accepted Answer

We're a great match if you: lack a clear marketing roadmap or feel stuck in trial-and-error mode; face multiple challenges needing an integrated solution; operate in a shifting market or evolving business model; see potential others miss and need help articulating it; want to scale proactively, not just react to competitors; or are losing opportunities and customers to lower-priced competitors. We're likely not the right fit if you: are just getting started in business; only sell physical products; see branding as a design project; prioritize cheap fixes over strategic investment; want tactical execution without strategy; or lack authority to make decisions.

Question 5

Where is Brickhouse located? Do you work with clients remotely?

Accepted Answer

Brickhouse is based in Minneapolis, MN. We work with clients locally and remotely via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Question 6

What is a Strategy-On-Demand session?

Accepted Answer

A 90-minute, one-on-one virtual consultation with Kesha. It's a standalone consultation designed to help you solve one immediate brand or marketing challenge. Contact us before booking to make sure your issue can be fully addressed in 90 minutes.

Question 7

Why do I need to start with a 360° Brand Review?

Accepted Answer

No one can build an effective brand or marketing strategy without understanding what's working and what's not. The 360° Brand Review provides the data and insights to make smart recommendations, establish scope, and avoid costly mistakes down the road.

Question 8

What does the 360° Brand Review cover?

Accepted Answer

The 360° Brand Review is the foundational research phase for any brand initiative. In a 1:1 interview with Kesha, we cover your vision and goals, budget and resources, and tools and technology, plus a review of your online presence, where applicable. You walk away with an execution-ready plan. Some clients take it and run in-house; others want Brickhouse to handle execution. If you choose to work with us, the cost of the review is applied to the brand development package that best suits your needs. The choice is yours, and there's no pressure either way.

Question 9

Can I hire Brickhouse for logo, website, and graphic design without doing strategy first?

Accepted Answer

No. Design isn't something we do in isolation; it's included in our Brand Development packages. We always start with the 360° Brand Review to ensure the foundation is solid first.

Question 10

How much of my time does this take?

Accepted Answer

Your time commitment is minimal. You'll be involved at key decision points, but Brickhouse does the heavy lifting. Our sprint-style process keeps things moving without pulling you away from running your business.

Question 11

How long do projects typically take?

Accepted Answer

The 360° Brand Review takes approximately one week to complete. Full Brand Development projects typically run 4–6 weeks depending on complexity and desired outcomes.

Question 12

How do I get started with Brickhouse?

Accepted Answer

Book a Confidence Call. We'll assess fit, discuss your goals, and recommend the best path forward.

Question 13

What is a Confidence Call?

Accepted Answer

A free 30-minute conversation with Kesha to see if Brickhouse is the right fit. We'll talk about where your brand stands today, what you're trying to accomplish, and the best path forward. Confidence Calls are designed for business leaders ready to invest in their growth and get started within the next 90 days.

Question 14

What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Strategy-On-Demand fees are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we'll happily apply your payment toward a future session. For Confidence Calls, we understand things come up. We allow up to two reschedules. After that, we may ask you to rebook when your schedule allows.

Question 15

How much do Brickhouse services cost?

Accepted Answer

Strategy-On-Demand sessions are $250 per 90-minute session. The 360° Brand Review is $1,500, and that fee is credited toward your Brand Development package if you proceed. Brand Development starts at $8,500, priced by project based on scope and team size. Book a Confidence Call to discuss specifics.

Question 16

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Currently, we don't offer payment plans. For full Brand Development packages, a 50% deposit is required to get started, and the remainder is due at project completion.
